Later in game, there will be a whole lot more patrollers, though, in order to cover larger (and separate) areas You need patrols to get medium density housing and you can't jump ahead from low density to high density by building a stone wall, unfortunately. Equally important, i cannot keep 'popularity' or whatever it's called above 68% because constantly the game says "No access to entertainment" - both Taverns in my game are at about 0-20% occupied at any one time - so the 'Pop-Up' is for What ?
